What Is The Six-Point Framework?
The Six-Point Framework takes an ecological approach to Autistic wellbeing; understanding distress not as something located inside an individual, but as the product of nested environments that interact with and respond to one another. It’s non-pathological, practically grounded, and rooted in Autistic-led knowledge.
The six points are:

Autistic Burnout: understanding burnout as a crisis of chronic disconnection
